Service Description
Clinical supervision provides a safe, supportive and reflective space for counsellors, psychotherapists and helping professionals to develop their practice, maintain ethical standards and enhance client care. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, supervision offers the opportunity to explore your clinical work with curiosity, confidence and professional accountability. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework and NCPS guidelines. Together, we'll reflect on client work, ethical dilemmas, safeguarding, professional development and self-care, helping you grow as a practitioner while maintaining safe, effective and compassionate practice. Supervision is available for qualified counsellors, trainee therapists and other professionals working within the helping professions.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking a supervision session, you have confirmed that you understand and agree to the following: ☐ I understand that clinical supervision is an essential part of safe, ethical and effective practice. ☐ I will attend supervision prepared to discuss my clinical work openly and honestly, including any concerns, risks or ethical dilemmas. ☐ I understand that any recommendations, observations or challenges offered during supervision are intended to support safe and ethical practice. ☐ I agree to give appropriate consideration to the discussions and recommendations made within supervision and, where appropriate, incorporate them into my clinical practice or be able to clearly justify an alternative professional decision. ☐ I understand that I remain professionally accountable for all decisions made within my own practice. ☐ I will raise any concerns, disagreements or uncertainties within supervision so they can be explored collaboratively. ☐ I will disclose any safeguarding concerns, serious risk issues or ethical matters that require discussion within supervision. ☐ I understand that, where there are concerns regarding client safety, professional conduct or serious ethical issues, my supervisor may have a duty to take appropriate action in accordance with the law and the relevant professional ethical framework. ☐ I understand that supervision is a collaborative process based on honesty, mutual respect, professional curiosity and reflective practice. ☐ I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement and wish to proceed with booking my supervision session.
